I am doing this walk for all the women who currently suffer from the terrible disease of Breast Cancer. I am also doing this walk for all of the women who will be or are touched by the tragedy of Breast Cancer. As a woman I believe we need to stand together to fight against anything that tries to beat us as women. This 3-Day walk is a mission for me to feel part of that union of WOMEN and the fight we all battle everyday.

The net proceeds from the Avon Breast Cancer 3-Day will fund non-profit breast health programs, programs that provide support services for women undergoing treatment for breast cancer, and cutting-edge medical research on breast cancer.

The mission of the Crusade is to provide medically underserved women with direct access to breast cancer early detection and support services, and to fund medical research to find the causes of and a cure for breast cancer and other women's cancers.
